
I guess summer time is good for eating light vegetables. Its easy on stomach and loaded with full of nourishment . I love to eat borboti chorchori as a side dish with white rice and dal.

Cooking Time: 30 mins
Ingredients:
- Borboti, Garden Long Bean Curry ( 1 bunch cut into 1 inch long )
- 1-2 Potato
- 15 – 16 pieces Kumro, Pumpkin
- 1/2 tsp PanchPhoron
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
Cooking procedure:
Borboti
Cut borboti, Kumro and Aloo.
Heat up a kadai, add mustard oil , temper it with panchphoron and dried red chilly.
Add potatoes and kumro fry at medium for 3-4mints.

Add salt , turmeric, red pepper powder,sugar and stir fry , add borboti and fry for some time Add little bit of water ( in Bengali it goes like ” jolchoradeva “), cover and cook for 10 mints at low till veggies are tender .

Serving Suggestions:
Take out and serve with bhaat (rice) or chappati .
