Bok-Ful Bhaja, Bok Flower Fry

Ingredients:

  1. 4 Bok-Ful
  2. 1/2 cup Besan
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  5. 1/2 cup Rice Flour

Cooking Procedure:

Take the good pieces of bokful.

Make a paste of besan, salt, rice flour, baking powder and water and apply it .

Heat oil in pan and fry it.

Serve it hot.
