Boiled Puli Pithe

Cooking Time: 30 mins

Ingredients:

  1. 1 Cup Maida
  2. 1 Coconut ( shredded)
  3. Sugar to taste
  4. 1 Cup Rice Flour
  5. White Oil
  6. 2 tbsp Milk Made
  7. Cashew

Cooking Procedure:

Mix maida, rice flour, water and oil to prepare dough.

Heat oil in kadai then fry the shredded coconut with sugar and milk made.

Make small round balls. Roll out round balls of dough then fill the above coconut paste with 1 cashew.

Seal the edges.

Boil it in the pressure cooker for around 1 whistlet.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve hot with date molasses ( khejurer gur).
