Baby Radish Fry, Mulo Fry

Cooking Time : 20 mins
- 250 gm Baby Radish Bunch
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Kalonji
- 1 Dried Red chilly / Chilly Flakes
Take good pieces of radish.
Cut the radish into lengthwise.
Heat oil in kadai add dried red chilly with kalonji . Then add radish . Fry it until it turns slight brown . Cover lid for 5-7 mins with salt until it turns tender.
Preparation is ready to serve with rice.
