
When the British first introduced the sandwich in India, the Indians called them double roti
Serving Size: 2
Cooking time: 30 mins
Ingredients:
- 150 gm Sweet Corn
- 75 gm Carrot
- 75 gm Beans
- Salt to taste
- Mayonnaise
- 4 Bread
- A pinch of sugar
Cooking Procedure:
Cut Beans and Carrots into small pieces.

Boil/ Steam all the three above ingredients until they are tender.

Mixed together with mayonnaise, salt and sugar.

Put the above staff inside the bread and keep it in sandwich maker until toasted. In case if you don’t have sandwich maker then first toast the bread and then put the staff inside.
Serving Suggestion:
Cut diagonally and serve it hot with tomato ketchup.
