
Lobster is a seafood that tastes yummy and is easy to prepare

Ingredients:
- 1 Medium Size Lobster
- 2 tbsp Red Wine
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 50 gm Butter
- 1 Onion
- 1Tomato
- 1 tbsp Flour
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
- 1 tsp Pepper
Cooking procedure:
Steam the lobster for 14 mins
Chop the onion and tomato
Heat the oil in kadai and put onion until it browns . Then add ginger garlic paste, salt .
Add tomato and pepper and stir well. Add flour with water to make a thick gravy.
Now the sauce is ready
Serving Suggestions:
Preparation is ready to serve as appetizer
