Pomfret Fish Fry, Pomfret Maach Bhaja  

I am not much crazy about them in gravies. Fried fish with dal and rice was a great meal at our home. Hope all you will love it.
Serving Size: 2
Cooking Time: 30 mins.


  1. 2 Medium Size Promfret Fish
  2. 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  5. 1 tsp Fish Masala
  6. 1 tsp GaramMasala
  7. Lemon
  8. Little bit of water

Cooking procedure:

 Take the good pieces of fish and clean it with water pat it dry


Mix all the spices in water and make it a paste. Spread the paste evenly on the fish. Marinate with all the spices for about 2 hrs.



Heat oil in non stick kadai and shallow fry the fish. Serve hot


Serving Suggestions:

Serve it as Appetizers with lemon, onion rings and tomato slices.
