Pearl Spot Fish Fry

It is one of the most famous fish from Kerala

Serving Size: 2

Cooking Time: 30 mins

Ingredients:

  1. 2 Pearl Spot or Karimeen Porichathu
  2. 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1 tsp Cornflour
  5. 1 Lime Juice
  6. 1 tsp Red Chilly
  7. 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  8. 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  9. 1 tsp Coriander Powder

Cooking Procedure:

Take the good pieces of fish. Clean the fish make close slits on both sides and set aside.

Marinate with all the above ingredients for an hour. Heat oil in pan and deep fry.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve it with onion and lime.
