Mackerel Fish Fry  

Fish fry looks awesome

  1. 3 Mackerel Fish
  2. 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  3. 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  4. 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
  5. 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
  6. 1 tbsp Curd
  7. 1 tbsp Fish Tandoori Masala
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Oil
  10. A pinch of Garam Masala
  11. 1 tbsp Flour

Cooking procedure:

Take the good pieces of fish and clean it with water pat it dry
Prepare a paste of all the ingredients .
Marinate the fish with the above paste.  Make sure that the paste is evenly spread on the fish.
In a flat pan, add oil and shallow fry the fish on both sides, for about 15-20 minutes. Delicious fish fry is ready to serve.
