Bengali Luchi

Luchi is a traditional Bengali recipe which is favourite to me. It is a deep-fried flatbread made of white flour. A complete breakfast means to me having some luchi and aloo dam with some sweet.

Serving Size: 2

Cooking Time: 20 mins

Ingredients:

  1. 250 gm Maida / white flour
  2. Warm Water
  3. White Oil
  4. Salt to taste

Cooking Procedure:

Mix oil, salt, warm water with flour to prepare dough.

Make small round balls

Roll out rounds balls

Heat oil in pan and deep fry till they turn golden brown

Serving Suggestions:

Serve hot with aloor dam
