Hilsa Fish Fry, Ilish Maach Bhaja
Its really simple and easy to prepare but I thought of uploading it as it is the most famous dish in Bengal. The tastiest fish fried in oil.
Serving Size: 2
Cooking Time: 15 mins
- 3 Hilsa Fish
- 1 Dried Red Chilly
- Mustard Oil
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 2-3 Green Chilly
Take the fish and clean it with water pat it dry. Marinate with salt and turmeric powder.
Heat oil in non stick kadai and shallow fry the fish.
Serve it with hot Rice.
