
Halibut live in both the North Pacific and the North Atlantic oceans and are highly-regarded food fish.

Cooking Time: 15 mins
Ingredients:
- 200 gm Halibut Fish
- Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 2 Medium Size Red Potatoes
- 10 Leaves Fresh Basil
Cooking Procedure:
Take good pieces of fish. Pat it dry. Marinate with above all the ingredients for about 30 mins.

Cut Potatoes into small cubes.

Fry both fish( medium cook) and potato separately.In potato add salt and pepper. Lastly add basil leaves. Serve it hot.
