Golden Pomfret Fry
It’s one of the most favorite sea fish in most of the Bengali homes. It’s very simple, easy and tasty fish recipe.

Cooking Time: 20 mins
- 1 Golden Pomfret Fish
- 1 tsp Red Chill Powder
- 1 tsp Red Kashmiri Mirch Powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Corn Flour Powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
Clean the fish properly.
Make some slant cuts over the skin touching the main bone.
Marinate the fish with above all ingredients on both sides of the fish and keep it for 15- 20 mins.
Shallow fry the fishes on both sides till it turns golden brown in a medium heat.
squeeze a lemon and serve hot with rice and dal or eat as an appetizer.
