It is a crispy and crunchy appetizer deep fried in oil . Whenever I have any small gathering in my home I try to make this recipe as a starter. Hope you all will like it.

Cooking Time: 15 mins
Ingredients:
300 gm Baby Corn
A pinch of Ajinomoto
Salt to taste
1 Cup of Maida
1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
1/3 Cup of Cornflour
1 tbsp Vinegar
White Oil
Cooking Procedure:
Take the baby corn
Marinate with vinegar, salt and ajinomoto for about 30 mins.
Mix all the above ingredients and make a thick batter with water and 1tbsp hot oil.
Dip the baby corn pieces in the batter, and fry them until they turn golden brown.
Serving Suggestions:
Now, preparation is ready to serve with tomato chilly sauce.
