Egg Roll Bengali Style  


A fantastic combination of eggs, tortilla and vegetables for your snacks.

Serving Size: 2

Cooking Time: 15 mins
  1. 2 Tortilla wrap
  2. 2 Eggs Beaten
  3. 2 Green Chilly
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1 Onion
  6. 1 Cucumber
  7. 2 Carrot
  8. Tomato Sauce as required

Cooking procedure:

Put the beaten eggs and green chilly .


Warm the tortilla


Heat oil in pan and put the beaten eggs and let it settle. Without letting it cook completely place the tortilla on top of it. Let it cook on low heat.


Let the tortilla become a little crisp. Add salt, onion,cucumber and carrot. Spread some ketchup on top


Serving Suggestions:
