Egg Plant Fry, Begun Bhaja

This was a simple variation of cooking, all loved it.


Serving Size: 2

Cooking Time: 10 mins

Ingredients:

  1. 1 Egg Plant ( Brinjal )
  2. 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  3. Salt
  4. Mustard Oil

Cooking procedure:

Cut the Egg Plant

Marinate with salt and turmeric powder.

Heat oil in non stick kadai and shallow fry the Egg Plant.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve it with Roti
