
My mother made many dishes out of green jack fruit during the jackfruit season. And this is one of them. You can try with can jack fruit. It is available in the market nowadays. In Bengali it is very popular in summer.

Ingredients:
- 500 gm Jack fruit
- Bread as required
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tomato
- 2 Green Chilly
- 2 Egg
Cooking Procedure:
Cut the jackfruit into small pieces and boil in a pressure cooker for atleast 3-4 whistlets.

Chopped onion, greenchilly and tomato

Heat oil in pan then fry onion with green chilly until it browns. Add smashed jackfruit with salt and tomato. Cover the lid for 5-10 mins.

Now cut the bread and take out the middle portion of it and spread water in it to make soft

Wrap the above curry with bread

Make balls out of these mixtures

Make a batter of egg and salt

Now dip each of the balls in it. Heat oil in pan and fry it till golden brown

Serving Suggestions:
Preparation is ready to serve with sauce.
