Ingredients:

  1. 100 gm Coriander Leaf ( Dhone Pata )
  2. 50 gm Bengal Garam Flour ( Besan )
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Green Chilly ( Chopped into small pieces )
  5. A pinch of Baking Soda
Cooking Procedure:
Cut coriander leaves into small pieces.

In a bowl mix coriander leaves, besan, salt, baking soda, green chilly and little bit of water if necessary. Make small round shape of the batter.

Heat oil in pan then fry it until it turns light brown.

Serving Suggestion:

Enjoy as appetizer or white rice with dal.
