This was a simple variation of cooking, all loved it.
Serving Size: 3
Cooking Time: 40 mins
- Chicken Leg
- Shahi Kabab Masala
- Chilly Powder
- Turmeric Powder
Take the good pieces of leg.
Make a paste of all the spices.
Marinate with the above paste for atleast 1 hr.
In grill put the marinated legs for 400F about 30 mins until it browns.
Preparation is ready to serve as appetizer.
