Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce

Chicken Satay

  1. 3-4 Skinless chicken thighs
  2. Wooden skewers
  3. 1 tp Soy Sauce
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1 Lime Juice
  6. 1 tsp Curry powder

Peanut Butter Sauce

  1. 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
  2. 1cup coconut milk, unsweetened
  3. 1 freshly squeezed lemon juice
  4. 1 tablespoons soy sauce

Cooking Procedure:

Cut chicken thighs into long, thin, length-wise slices and toss into a large bowl. Add the satay ingredients together. Marinate for an hour .


Thread the chicken strips onto wooden skewers. Cook the skewered chicken until crispy  about 15 minutes.


To prepare sauce heat the pan and combine the above sauce ingredients. Stirr constantly, until the sauce is as thick as heavy cream (about 15 minutes).


Serving Suggestion:

Serve with the peanut sauce for dipping.
