Bhetki Fish Finger

It is made with fillet of Bhetki fish . Fish makes excellent finger snack with drinks. All will love these home-made fish fingers dipped in tomato sauce

Serving Size: 2

Cooking Time: 30 mins

Ingredients:

  1. 300 gm Bhetki Fish ( Boneless and skinless, cut into finger shape)
  2. 1 Egg
  3. Bread Crumbs for coating
  4. 1 tsp Salt
  5. 2 tsp Flour ( Maida)
  6. 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  7. 1 tsp Pepper Powder

Cooking Procedure:

Cut fish into finger shape.

Marinate fish with salt, pepper powder and lemon juice. Keep these in refrigerator for about 15 minutes.

Dip and coat each fish finger in cornflour mixture then in the egg and then roll it on the bread crumbs.

Fish fingers will look like this before frying. You can also freeze them and fry it whenever you need.

Heat oil in a pan. Deep-fry the pieces till they turn golden brown.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve with tomato sauce.

    when the egg and maida should be used?

    • Mili says:

      You need to dip the fish into the egg batter than into little bit of maida and finally into the bread crumbs and roll it. Then fry into hot oil.
