Bhetki Fish Cutlet  


Bhetki Fish is also known as Barramundi Fish in English.  Bhetki fish cutlet is the most popular Bhekti fish recipe after Bhetki Fish  Paturi style.

Serving Size: 2

Cooking Time: 40 mins


  1. 2 Fillet of Bhetki Fish
  2. 1 Onion make it to Paste
  3. 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1 Red chili
  6. 1 Green Chilly
  7. 1 tsp Vinegar or Lemon juice
  8. Crushed Biscuit or Bread Crumbs

Cooking Procedure:

Take a good pieces of fish fillet.


Take a bowl, and pour the onion paste, ginger garlic paste, red and green chilly paste, and little bit of salt, and mix it well


Let it marinate for 30 min. with the above mixture.


Cover it up with the crushed biscuit.


Now fry them one by one deeply into the oil.


Serving Suggestion:

Serve it hot with tomato ketchup
