This is a simple variation of cooking, all loved it.  It is ideal to be eaten on a rainy day. This is perfect snack to munch on or serve as a side dish with dal and rice.

Serving Size:2

Cooking Time:20 mins

Ingredients:
  1. 2 Medium Size Eggplant
  2. 1 tsp Kalo Jeera
  3. 200 gm Besan
  4. Salt to taste

Cooking procedure:

Take the good pieces of  Eggplant

Cut thin layer lengthwise

split-brinjal

Make a paste of besan with salt, jeera and little bit of water . Pour the eggplant into it
